Unity provides two ways for you to purchase lighting products.  Automotive, truck and emergency vehicle product distributors sell our products.  You can locate your nearest distributor by entering the first 3 digits of you zip code in the DISTRIBUTOR SEARCH.  You may also order items directly from Unity's website using Discover,  MasterCard or Visa credit cards.  We only accept online orders and regret that we are unable to accept any phone orders.  However, our Customer Service Department is able to assist you with product and technical information as well as assist you in locating a local distributor.

To order online: Select the product category in the left vertical navigation bar and you will be taken to the appropriate page.  For some product categories you can refine your search by clicking on the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of the window.  If you already know the part number of the item(s) that you wish to purchase, you can quickly locate them using the SEARCH in the right vertical navigation bar. 

After you have selected the items that you want, proceed to check-out.  If you haven't already set up an account you will be instructed to do so the first time.  Otherwise sign-in using your e-mail and password.  Be sure to have your Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card available to speed up the check-out process. 

Expedited shipping:  When an expedited shipping service is selected, it is the carrier transit time once the parts are ready to ship.  i.e.: UPS 2nd day air has a transit time of 2 days but the total amount of time from the date you placed the order may be longer depending upon product availability.  Selecting an expedited shipping service should not be construed as the total delivery time from the date that your order is placed.  To inquire about expected shipping times, please contact us at info@unityusa.com or call 312-943-5200 and select option 3 for customer service.

Ordering spotlights:  If you do not know the part numbers of the spotlight(s) and installation kit(s) for your specific make, model, and year vehicle, you will have enter your vehicle information in the APPLICATION SEARCH so that you can determine the parts you need to order.  Please note that spotlights and installation kits are sold separately.  Installation kits include the mounting bracket, installation instructions, templates, drill guide, trim pieces and fasteners.

When you place and order, you will receive an order confirmation via E-mail.  It will contain a link to the status page for your order. You will be able to monitor the status of your order by clicking on this link.
