Templates are provided with the spotlight installation kit to insure that your spotlight is installed in the Unity engineered location.  Be sure to use only the correct template, and parts for your vehicle and be sure to pay special attention to additional footnotes listed on the template sheet. 

Failure to use the proper items could cause damage to the vehicle and possibly effect the safety of the vehicle.

To request a template, please contact us and be sure to specify the make, model and year of the vehicle.  If you would like us to mail it to you we will need your address.  If you would like the template faxed, please provide us with your fax number.  A faxed template should be used with caution since certain fax machines change the size of the fax during transmission.  We recommend matching the bracket mounting screw holes to the template mounting screw locations to assure that it is the proper size.
