Let Unity design your next vehicle lighting system. From the design phase to final assembly, Unity offers a complete menu of design services
- Wire Harness Design and Manufacturing
- Unity can design and manufacture your custom wire harnesses. We use automated stripping and terminating equipment, and use a wide variety of AMP and Packard Electric (Delphi) terminals and connectors.
Chrome Plating on Brass, Zinc, or Steel
Unity has in-house chrome plating capability and meets auto industry specifications. If you would like a quotation, we would need the following information:
- Sample piece, both raw and plated
- Plating specification (s)
- Annual volume
- Target price
General Restrictions:
- Max weight = 1 lbs.
- Material: Brass, Zinc, Steel, (no steel tubing)
- Shape approximately 6" diameter max
- Repair
- Unity's Service Department can repair in working condition electrical and mechanical problems in your Unity lighting products. All repairs are made using genuine Unity components. Contact your local distributor for complete details or contact us for the name of a distributor in your area.
