Q: Is 184 and 184r the correct mounts for a 2012 f150 pillar mount? Just transferring from another vehicle

For a 2012 F150, 184RH should be used on driver side and 184 on passenger side. (this is special case where sides are reversed) They should be used to mount spotlight with a CL length shaft. (10" exposed shaft* and 15 1/2" center to center**)

*Exposed Shaft: The amount of tubing visible between the head housing and handle housing when the spotlight is assembled.

**Center to Center: The distance between where the gears mesh in the handle and where the gears mesh in the head when the spotlight is assembled.

1995 Ford E350 Econoline uses a spotlight with a PL length shaft mounted with a 29RH installation kit for driver side mount or 29 installation kit for passenger side mount.

Due to the differences in vehicle design we do not have a generic installation kit. All kits fit specific vehicles, some kits works on multiple vehicles due to similarities in design.

According to our engineering records the shaft of the spotlight should come under the speakers and not be an issue.
