Is this item new or repurposed. It looks used in the pic?

A:
The installation kit will be new. We do not have a good picture for this item, but another customer requested something to have an idea of what the bracket looked like. This was a quick picture of a casting that is used for reference in production facility and not representative of condition the product will come in.
