Q: i have a set of 1957 chevrolet passenger car spotlights and i am in need of shaft assy how do i find out which one i would need ?

Right now there is currently not a good way to look up shaft assemblies. We currently working on a process to help find the correct shaft, but it is not complete yet.

For a 1957 Chevrolet Passenger car we have two different applications.

For fender mount a standard P length shaft should be used and mounted with a 84 installation kit for driver side o 84RH for passenger side. Part number is 3615-P

For post mount a standard B length shaft should be used and mounted with a 96 installation kit for driver side or 96RH for passenger side. Part number is 3615-B-7
