Is the housing plastic or metal? Also is the lens glass or plastic? Thank you.

Housing is ABS Poly-carbonate and Lens is glass.

Are the bulbs replaceable? Or do you have to replace the whole unit? Also, what is the screw diameter for mounting?

The lamps are replaceable. Replacement lamp is U-H9405. The diameter of the mounting bolt is 3/8"
