Q: What installation kit for a 1991. F350 L & R post? Thanks

Asked by: Steve - 8/8/2016
A: 1991 F-350 uses a 27 installation kit for driver side and 27RH installation kit for passenger side. These should be used to mount a spotlight with a "GM" length shaft.

Q: Is this the kit that fits part # 207010?

Asked by: Tony - 10/1/2015
A: All of our kits will fit all of our spotlights. Kits and spotlight combinations are vehicle related. We would need make, model and year to give you the correct parts.

207010 is most commonly used on 2015-2003 Freightliner Business Class M2. If that is what you are mounting the spotlight on it should be mounted with a 243RH for driver side or 243 for passenger side.

Q: I am replacing the spotlights on a 1968 Seagrave open-cab pumper, where the spots are mounted on the top corner of the windshield frame, each side. Will the #1 installation kit take care of this? thanks, -Michael

Asked by: Michael Stemmler - 7/9/2015
A: If you still have the original brackets, you can determine what they are to replace them. On the back on the bracket there should be a number molded into it that says a number followed by a L or a R. If you can get us that number we can identify the bracket for you. If you use the "Contact Us" feature on our website we will be able to better address your individual case.

Q: will this fit a 2007 GMC sierra?

Asked by: brad - 3/5/2018
A: No, it would not work. 2007 was a change over model year for GMC. They had two different models that were both listed as 2007. One is the same as the 2006 (Classic) and one is same as 2008. Also there are two mounting options for both, Through the door frame and inside post. (inside post has the bracket mount inside of the vehicle instead of outside and requires a door notch) Also brackets are different for driver and passenger side.
